Because our products are consumable health supplements, we maintain strict return and refund guidelines to ensure product safety, purity, and quality.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product is unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)
⚠️ For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products. This is to protect all customers and comply with health regulations.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Any opened or used supplements
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Clearance or “final sale” items
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

- Provide photos of the product and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you
